Round Table Zimbabwe is pleased to host the next annual AMI AGM in 2025.

Thursday 1st May 2025
- Â Arrival and Registration: Begins in the afternoon. Dress Code Relaxed with a Rondel
- Cultural Dinner/Welcome Party: Starts at 7 pm sharp. Cultural Dress with Regalia

- RT Zimbabwe AGM: Starts at 9 am sharp. Dress Code Suit with a Jacket
- Adrenaline Activities: After the AGM. Dress Code Relaxed with a Rondel
- Booze Cruise and Dinner: After the Adrenaline Activities. Dress Code Relaxed with a Rondel

- AMI Meeting: Starts at 9am sharp. Dress Code Suit with a Jacket
- Amazing Race:Â After the AGM. Dress Code Relaxed with a Rondel
- Gala Dinner: Starts at 7 pm. Dress Code Black Tie

- Morning Farewell Brunch:Â Time for goodbyes and departures.
Pre Tours
Round Table Zimbabwe has organized several pre tours before the event, which you may register and pay for if you wish to enjoy the wonderful country of Zimbabwe. The tours will conclude at the start of the AGM.
